State Resolution Paths

• Global Genome (~/.pi216/genome.md): The immutable core laws and highly optimized operational heuristics. The agent's identity.
• Local Substrate (./substrate.md): The localized episodic memory. All execution failures, logic traces, and API responses generated during active tasks.
• The Pipeline: When the substrate reaches critical density, the agent engineers an autonomous trigger to perform state compression, extracting successful generalized logic and updating the Global Genome via a quarantined A/B test.
